This SaaS Agreement & Service Level Commitment ("Agreement") supplements the Terms of Service and applies to paid and free-tier subscriptions to Permbot.

It covers subscription, billing, cancellations, service levels, and how Permbot infrastructure relates to your websites.

1. Subscription and access

Access is granted for the subscription term selected at signup or renewal. Features and usage limits depend on your plan (sites, clients, scans, retention). We may offer trials or free tiers with modified limits.

2. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle unless otherwise stated.
Prices exclude applicable taxes (e.g. KDV/VAT) unless shown inclusive.
Failure to pay may result in suspension after notice.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before renewal.

3. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel renewal from the dashboard or by contacting info@permbot.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law. Refunds are provided only where mandatory consumer law applies or we expressly agree in writing (e.g. duplicate charge).

5. Redundancy and architecture

Application tier: horizontally scaled stateless nodes behind load balancers.
Databases: primary/replica configuration with automated backups and point-in-time recovery targets.
Regional consent stores: isolated TR and EU database clusters; no cross-region replication of consent evidence unless you configure export.
CDN/edge: static widget assets and script delivery cached at edge locations.
Monitoring: 24/7 automated health checks, alerting, and incident response runbooks.

6. Uptime SLA (99.9%)

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the Permbot API and widget script endpoints used in production ("Uptime Commitment"), excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 48 hours in advance.

Uptime is measured per calendar month as: ((total minutes − downtime minutes) / total minutes) × 100. Downtime means HTTP 5xx or complete unavailability of consent logging API for more than five consecutive minutes, verified by our monitoring.

Excluded: force majeure, your misconfiguration, third-party network issues outside our control, DDoS beyond reasonable mitigation, and beta/preview features.

Service credits (paid plans): if monthly uptime falls below 99.9% but at or above 99.0%, credit 10% of that month's subscription fee; below 99.0%, credit 25%. Credits are your sole remedy for SLA breach and must be requested within 30 days to info@permbot.net.

7. Maintenance and support

Scheduled maintenance windows are typically low-traffic hours (UTC). Support channels and response targets depend on your plan; enterprise plans may include enhanced support by separate order form.

8. Data portability

Upon request during an active subscription or within 30 days after termination, we will provide export of your account configuration and consent logs in a machine-readable format, subject to technical feasibility and legal holds.
